How much of my time does this take?
We direct a 30–45 minute remote recording session, set up your brand and products, and agree how calls should be handled. After setup, forward each quote and keep your survey diary up to date. Close can be live within 10 working days of payment and recording.
Will it work with the quotes I already send?
Yes. Forward a PDF, Word document or a photo of a handwritten quote. We create the video and proposal within 60 minutes during business hours. You keep your existing quoting software.
Will the phone assistant pretend to be me?
No. It introduces itself as your firm’s assistant. It takes details and books surveys, but doesn’t give fixed prices or promise fitting dates. You approve three test calls before it answers your line.
What if I don’t want to be on camera?
Call answering and follow-up can still run without video. We’ll discuss a suitable setup on the demo call. The personal video is the flagship, and it works best with you explaining the job.
Are you selling me more leads?
No. We work on turning the enquiries you already receive into deposits. Advertising, SEO, website builds and lead generation aren’t included.
